Error 311 Patch data retrieval.

So I know this is apperently a common issue over the years but I tried everything and nothing worked. When I wanted to patch to 5.0, he just wouldn't start (error 311) and I tried fixing that by using this guide:

One of the things I had to do was reinstalling the game, so I did.

 

Now my launcher is stuck on the login-screen. I updated for hours, changed languages, even changed bitraider stuff in the settings. This worked in the past, now apperently not anymore.

 

Anyone got a few ideas? Would appreciate it.

I'm able to login into my launcher now (not the way it should be intended, wait for the error (311) to pop up, repair, then login in.

 

Once in the patching launcher, I get the same error. "Unable to retrieve patch data. Please check network connection. (311)"

 

I tried changing from Bitraider to Streaming download, I tried changing DNS servers in Hostfile, I flushed DNS so many times now I could litterally dream the code for the commandprompt. Also verified and fixed integrity or cache with Winthruster on my pc.

 

I think it might have to do something with my OS (Windows 10) but it updates automatically so I doubt it. Then the majority of swtor users would have this bug. Anyone got ideas? If this keeps up like this I'm going to get my subscription money back.

(As you can see something with retailclient_swtor file but I haven't got it in my swtor folder. Currently re-installing. (Got the bug since patch 5.0))
