After boss is defeated, group members that died and hit respawn button are revived outside of loot range, behind locked door, and in no way they can access the loot. Fix ASAP. Meantime solution: Let survived members revive you, do not hit respawn button if you want to loot. You will not be close to even roll for it if you respawn after boss is defeated.
