Can't start KOTFE and I'm subscribed. Level 65 Knight

I just completed all the Ziost missions and go back to my ship to start Chapter 1 of KOTFE. I had to use my mission terminal to get the quest, but the terminal wasn't lit up. I kept clicking and kept getting the "You're not eligible for this conversation". I abandoned the quest to see if that would reset it and now it's completely gone. Need help.

Same Problem here, Level 65 Jedi Knight, got a purple marker on my minimap, but it doesn't show up anywhere else, can't start the mission at all.

I had the same issue with my lvl 65 sage. Also abandoned the mission and couldn't find it at the mission terminal again. Was able to start the chapters using the chapters select (Shift + E) though.

What exactly is the issue you're having? I found a work around by abandoning the mission and then going to the chapters section (shift + E) and starting it from there. Mission console on my ship didn't do anything so my guess is that's what you should try.
