HiveCommander Posted November 30, 2016 Share Posted November 30, 2016 Hi, Not sure if this utility was meant to be for PVP and just has a misleading tooltip or if this is a legitimate bug, but it doesn't apply a buff when Electronet is used on an enemy (and by extension does not grant the Alacrity boost either).
