I'm having the same issue.. and all my crew skills are gone.

 

*EDIT* Press "B" and your crew skills repopulate. But still can't play new content. Double checked when I subscribed and it was before the 25th.

Update for those who have been having this issue- I put in a ticket and received a response that I have to call customer support.

I received the same answer, the problem is that I live in none of those countries and it is quite expensive make an international call -.-

I am going to post what I posted in the other threads about this and I hope this helps answer your situation.

 

If you were not a subscriber from Oct 25 through Nov 27 continuously you are NOT eligible for early access. You must have access to KOTET in order to do any of the new chapters or level to 70. You will get access and be able to level past 65 on Friday along with the rest of the subscribers who didnt qualify for early access.

 

From the KOTET announcement page:

"Join the battle 3 days ahead of official launch by being a Premium player (subscriber status) continuously from October 25 – November 27. Early Access begins November 29."

 

IF you meet those requirements, you should put in a ticket or call one of those numbers. I would also try the support forum by clicking on support and going to bottom of that page and you will see a Q and A forum for support.

 

Hope this helps clarify somethings or helps you get it resolved.
