OwenBrooks
If this persists make a new post at EA ANSWERS HQ and flag me with @Proxos666 and i will see if i can get this flagged for comment if Bioware know a possible cause. That cant be done on the bug report forum unfortunately per the usage link they dont do that in this forum. OwenBrooks
Did a bit more digging on that dll file , EA have placed there own version in the retail client folder at C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\BioWare\Star Wars-The Old Republic\swtor\retailclient It would be worthwhile doing a global search for SpeedTreeRT.dll and ensure there is not another version in a global windows path like c:\windows\syswow64 folder if there is remove/delete it other games may use a different version and it can cause issues if in the global file path. OwenBrooks
and more digging the only thread i can find about SpeedTreeRT.dll in the forums was 4 years ago is this link see the last post. The fix was tied to C++ version in that instance by the looks like i said this error is rare i'm afraid and i cant recall seeing it either before so makes it hard on a cause I did also come across an amd loading screen thread (link) as well relating to tessellation but no diag with the error you have. ToastedKellog
I'll take a shot at the C++ link.
