Chances are you're going to have to call them as no one here is going to have access to your account: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support/ Stating your method of payment as well as from what country you're coming in from is probably a good idea. Annoying, I know, but I have been having a blast, so do hang in there! Oh, and I've found that if you wanna use the cartel market, I've found it best to just do it while in game, for some reason the website option to access it gets screwy for me, lol, but once I had my card in the system, and once the system saw my account as subbed, I've had no problems making a purchase while in game.
