TelonPetrides
I keep crashing on Belsavis during the Jedi Knight Storyline, near the end. The game has run fine up to now, I'm level 47. I try turning the graphics detail to minimum and it still happens. Any suggestions?
OwenBrooks
try a game repair , most will have the streaming launcher Non-Streaming launcher - Log into the launcher but don't click Play. Check for small letters "ST" in the bottom left corner. If this is NOT present, With the new launcher after login , select the username pulldown on the top right and select settings, then press repair. Streaming launcher - If the letters "ST" is present, close the launcher, right mouse click on the game shortcut, select open file location and delete the BitRaider folder. Then start the launcher Edited October 23, 2016 by OwenBrooks

JLazarillo
Repair didn't help me. Still constantly crashing on Belsavis.
SteveTheCynic
Go to the graphics options and turn the grass render thing to ZERO.
JLazarillo
Go to the graphics options and turn the grass render thing to ZERO. That seemed to work. Belsavis is a little less pretty now, but not significantly so, I suppose, and it's not getting the Death Star treatment every 5-10 minutes. Nvidia SLI with Windows 10 ? this was an issue that appeared a while back but it isnt normally commented on now so figured it was fixed , see the known issues sticky about nvidia and windows 10 - http://answers.ea.com/t5/STAR-WARS-The-Old-Republic/INFO-Known-Issues-and-Current-Alerts-22-Sep-16/m-p/4886775#U4886775 Edited November 4, 2016 by OwenBrooks

I'm pretty fine with no grass for now, but it's good to see there's another workaround in case I want it back. Thanks.

Dear God, that was months ago. I've updated Windows for sure since then and possibly the NVidia drivers. I'll have to see what the latest latest ones do before I do that.
