PiiTarr Posted October 12, 2016 Share Posted October 12, 2016 First thing to check is whether or not the character you're trying to transfer meets the requirements for server transfer. I don't remember them off the top of my head, but I believe there was a level requirement, and possibly also a requirement on how long it has been since the character was created (again, I don't remember for sure since it's been some time since I've dealt with transfers, but I'm fairly certain there were one or more requirements). Second, if you have ever used a free transfer from a referral link before, it is my understanding you only get one for the life of your account, regardless of how many times you use a referral link. If neither of these things apply, then it's possible transfers are currently down.
