I am a fellow subscriber to Swtor and have been for quite some time, and monthly every subscriber gets one "special gift" Such as, extra cartel coins, or a mount/pet and so on! This month october 2016 the gift would have been an extra month of subscription. And you had to be a subscriber by october 5:th. So I bought some extra sub and waited until october 5:th but I never saw 30 days add to my subscription! What have I missed? There's already 6 or 7 threads on the topic. To answer your question though, the extra time is added onto the end of your current time period. A number of us, including me, have wondered what that meant and if we would get any notice if the time was actually added on. Also we wondered if those of us who use game cards instead of actually subbing would receive the bonus month. None of us got answers except for a single confused response to a support ticket that we were discussing in one of those threads.
