Server : Mantle of forceThe solution is do those Reward "missions". You get them from a datapad in your Alliance HQ, in the same room with the terminal where you can "get back" the companions that haven't yet returned via the KotFE story / Alliance Alerts. Just right-click the datapad to complete the "missions". Hit Y, then scroll down the Achievements to the Fallen Empire section. Click on Alliance Growth. Note that they say, "Claimed <Specialist's> Influence Rank ## Reward from Commander's Room Datapad", to complete each achievement. You get a Reward "Mission" every time an Alliance Specialist reaches an even-numbered Influence level. After you collect the level 2 "mission", the level 4 "mission" will appear on the datapad, then the level 6 one, and so on, up to whatever reward matches the Specialist's current Influence level.. From your second screenshot, it looks like you have not picked up any of them yet. So go get those rewards, and you'll get yoiur achievements.
