Pink character selection screen

Im getting pink screen when i reach the character selection.

 

now from what i can gather this issue is many many years old and it is still around, what is up with that?

 

i have 2 monitors and im playing in fullscreen borderless, i have deleted the diskcachearena file, and that did indeed fix the issue, but after i startet the game again, the issue is back, its frankly unacceptable if i have to delete this file everytime, or worse yet, disable a monitor.

 

i'm so so disappointed to find out this issue still exist after so many years and such an insane number of patches.

 

hope someone have a useful permanent solution for a multimonitor setup.

 

UPDATE:

i changed the client_settings.ini file, and have now startet the game 3 times without any more pink screen, which was certain to happen before these changes:

 

D3DFullScreen = true (i set it to true)

native width and height set to the same as my screen resolution (they were set higher)

 

none of this excuses bioware for not having fixed this issues years ago.

tried exiting and starting the game in window mode ? I guess just switch to fullscreen(window) after login, and switch back to window mode to exit.
