Hawthorrnne Posted September 29, 2016 Share Posted September 29, 2016 I had bought the 30 day prepaid time, the Knights of the Fallen Empire one, around 9:30-10:00 last night. Now the web page has my account set to Subscriber, but the game itself still says I have a free to play account. I have tried, several times to quit the game and restart it, with only getting the same outcome. Still saying I'm a free to play. Now this was around as I stated, 9:30-!0:00. Logged on this morning to see if anything had changed, and nothing did. Trying to find out if there is any solution to this problem. From what I have read in other posts about this, customer service has you on hold for 45 minutes, and tickets sometimes won't be answered for 48 to 72 hours. And if anyone from EA or Bioware is able to see this, I would like to know how to resolve this issue asap. I don't want to feel like I wasted 20$ on content I can't even access. Thanks.
