Txgecko Posted September 23, 2016 Share Posted September 23, 2016 (edited) I recently had to perform a factory reset of my phone, and as a result had to remove and re-add the security key attached to may account. I can successfully receive the one-time password and enter it in exchange for a serial number to enter in to the app, but it's a long string of letters and numbers, and the keyboard in the app will only allow me to use numbers - it will not display a keyboard with letters. What's going on here? Am I trying to enter the wrong code? Is the app screwed up?
