Wayshuba Posted September 15, 2016 Share Posted September 15, 2016 I have had two instances since last update of the Bound Timers on items not functioning properly. Usually they count down once item is in your inventory whether you are logged in or not. I have had two instances now where the timers are only working when you are logged into that character.
