KmPek
hi guys, we have 2 swtor players in my house hold.. 1 used a desktop, the other a laptop. both hardware have been used by each other and there has been no problems logging on to either account until 6/9/2016. for some reason since then, on lauching the client, the server lists no longer appears on the laptop. i have power-uninstalled both the bitmap and swtor files 2 times with no effect. the game cant be played at all by either accounts. now, there is an issue with our antivirus program license not showing its license as upto date.. even tho as far as we can tell it is... and so cannot access the AV firewall at this time to see if there is a connection with the issue there has anyone come across this before? ... is this a firewall issue? and if so (once the AV issue is sorted) what is the best way to fix? could you put any ideas in laymans terms pls... my gaming terminology is abit limited thx guys Edited September 11, 2016 by KmPek
OwenBrooks
Blocking of server list certainly can be an Antivirus/Firewall issue Best to have both launcher.exe and swtor.exe in the exception lists give the router/modem a reboot as well just in case Edited September 11, 2016 by OwenBrooks
