I haven't looked at Zabraks all that much, and the few I've created were for personalities that didn't suit showing skin, aside from the face, but Twi'leks in more than a few cases kinda cry out for whole-body patterns, especially red females. (A point that arose in the context of Darth Krayt and my own recent attempts to emulate a certain colleague of his - pattern 16 (Imp version) and the red skin colour. Sadly, it didn't work well because only the head and lekku have the patterns. She's wearing the top for the Canderous Ordo set, and the blank arm skin looks a little weird.)
