Cannot submit in-game support ticket - unable to click the question-mark icon

UPDATE: Not a bug, just needed a change in the interface editor.

 

I can't click the question-mark icon at the top of my game screen. Clicking it does nothing, and hovering over it doesn't cause it to light up like the other icons.

You only need to update the interface once, save it & load it on every other character, as long as you only use 1 layout across all

Only a few clicks less work, but once you have used this method once, any future changes you do once and they are reflected on every character, which is a plus as Bioware seem to do something to that menu almost every major update

open the respective menu, with non-bug tickets being under /help

Are the two new gold cartel market icons covering it? You'll need to open the Interface Editor and move one or the other over. And you have to do it on every toon.

 

That was indeed the problem. I didn't realize the cartel market items were a separate interface element.

 

So, no bug.
