darkfunifuteur Posted August 25, 2016 Share Posted August 25, 2016 (edited) Hi, the french description of the Relic of the Eternal Combatant didn't mention the Power buff, only the Critic Rating : Équiper: Soigner un allié ou lancer une attaque infligeant des dégâts sur un ennemi ont tous deux 30 % de chances de conférer 413 points d'index critique pendant 6 secondes. Cet effet n'est disponible que toutes les 20 secondes. Equip: Healing an ally or performing a damaging attack on an enemy both have a 30% chance to grant 413 Power and Critical Rating for 6 seconds.
