TjhScorch Posted August 18, 2016 Share Posted August 18, 2016 (edited) The idea to invade the Republic and Imperial outposts was Thexan's idea if I recall correctly from one of the short stories, so naturally he would lead the invasion force. Also I do not think that Vaylin had the position of High Justice during Valkorian's reign as he saw her personality as volatile and wasteful, both of which have no place in an effective military commander.
