My wrist is killing me but SWTOR Codexes have officially been compiled [kudos to Jedipedia, which ended up being the 4th site I used]. You can get them as a pdf, azw3, or epup format (or read them straight from the site). I excluded the 'title' (where it's only one sentence) and tutorials. Basically anything that wasn't lore related.
