Npcs/ppl missing on Odessen

Hi .. i have missing npcs on Odessen and when i report this bug in game and wait week, nothing changed. Then i create ticket and support doesnt help too. Vendors and companions are fine .. just other npcs and ppl are missing in cantina on Odessen and in Alliance Headquarters. Here the screens:

I tried delete folders from bitraider as support recommended and click repair option in laucher .. nothing fix this issue. Can i ask for help plz? I have ofc 20 rank with all specjalist.

I'm now experiencing the same thing. I have military crates to turn in to Bey but he's not there. Hylo was missing the other day when i went to turn in crates to here also. Very frustrating.
