However my buddy has a problem that whenever he tries to pay he just gets an error message. Now his sub has run out and he is stuffed. It says: "Purchase Error This service is currently unavailable for this account. If you wish to purchase more cartel coins please call our Customer Service team or you can try again tomorrow. " or: "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. {0}" The credit card is fine, it has been used before for the account and has been used for other real life purchases since it started failing here. So what can he do? Post on forums that he can't subscribe because of a bug? Nope subscribers only. Contact customer support in game? Nope subscribers only. Any advice appreciated. There is a trigger to block payments when recent purchases are starting to add up , what that limit actually is isnt detailed.
