DarthDymond Posted June 22, 2016 Share Posted June 22, 2016 (edited) A new article on the movie just revealed that Forest Whitaker's Rogue One character is Saw Gerrera from Clone Wars Season 5's Onderon arc. Interesting to see that the unified Canon is giving us some "EU" characters on the big screen. Although I was kind of hoping Whitaker's character would be a Mando.
