Maybe a screenshot to make it more visible will get more attention. My issue is that it is much harder to target the trooper Mortar Volley with precision compared to the bounty hunter equivalent, Death from Above, because the target reticle projected on the ground where the mouse cursor is is much larger for Mortar Volley. Mortar Volley targeting is like targeting a Force Quake regarding size. Once you click to execute the attack the Mortar Volley projection shrinks to its right smaller size. Death from Above works as it should. This issue appeared in 4.0 and has not been fixed yet.
