Now I'm in need to create a ticket for contacting CS with my own problem. Your imbecilic system tells me that I have "too much open tickets" - all of them are those spam reports. How the **** I'm supposed to contact support then? And no, I can not close those open tickets myself cause "there's a problem with closing your ticket, try again later" forever.
