SketchyBluntWrap Posted May 12, 2016 Share Posted May 12, 2016 So i have my main who is a lvl 65 AP PT and he doesn't have the ability (flame burst) that tank spec or pyrotech has, I just rolled a new PT that I'm leveling on a different server and i put him right into AP and he has the ability flame burst.
