I get the dialogue about the cost and binding, but nothing actually happens when I click Accept. However, I have no issue with PvP gear bought with WZ Comms. EDIT: After reading an earlier thread about this, buried on page 3, I learned that logging out and back in will allow you to remove the mods. I tested this and confirmed it works.
