No acces to the Alliance HQ after "Visions in the Dark"

After I finished chapter XII, "Visions in the Dark", my KotFE mission, chapter XIII "Profit and Plunder", disappeared (I mentioned this in another topic). But not only have I lost KotFE: I can't enter the Alliance base as well. I can't go in anymore, even when someone summons me. The phase is just red. Another guildmate had this as well!

 

I paid for this so it would be great if this would be fixed.

Same here. There is no plot quest in mission log at all, and the HQ instance is red. 'Travelling to contact' inside the HQ doesn't work as well.

Submitted an in-game ticket, but don't know if that's going to be enough.

I've sent an in-game ticket, let's hope they will answer before my sub runs out.

Update: so I stumbled upon this thread http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=881756 where the CS guy advised to pick up the mission aboard your space ship via priority terminal. Completely forgot about that thing.

It worked.
