Anduin_Wrynn Posted April 18, 2016 Share Posted April 18, 2016 Hello I have two problems with my account: the first one, I keep getting request to enter the one time password in order to play, I have only one computer and is only used by me, because I keep getting this? The second one that happens since yesterday, is a frequent crash that makes me leave the game bringing me back to the server selection screen, the error message tells me to contact customer service if the problem persists. schicic Posted April 19, 2016 Share Posted April 19, 2016 I get this when I am logging into the website, not the game. For me, it is because I have Firefox set to "Private Window" and does not allow for tracking cookies, etc. I don't know what is causing yours but have you checked your firewalls, antivirus, and anything that blocks cookies/tracking and the like?
