I have tried everything; 1. Uninstall and reinstall the game 2. Launcher Diagnostics and Launcher Restart MSG 3. Performed a clean boot 4. Run it as administrator 5. Changed the compatibility settings in the windows troubleshooter 6. netsh winsock stuff 7. Virus scan Help me please, I am subscribing to a game I cannot play! These are all of my computer statistics if these are useful; Edition: Windows 8.1 Enterprise Processor: Intel® Core i5-4210y CPU @ 1.50GHz 1.50 GHz Installed Ram: 4.00 GB System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
dr_mike Posted April 5, 2016 Share Posted April 5, 2016 (edited) A quick google suggests checking your firewall settings to make sure both the launcher and swtor.exe are allowed to access the net. if you mention what your firewall is, one of us could point you in the right direction if you're unable to find how to do that. Mantidrax Posted April 10, 2016 Author Share Posted April 10, 2016 I search up Firewall but all I have is Windows Firewall, and I let SWTOR through, nothing happened, then I turned the Firewall off, nothing happened.
