Merges won't happen as per announcement, neither will cross-server anything. Post your best guesses and conspiracy theories in the replies! In theory, that means that people may create some alts on servers that they've previously ignored... Of course, that could add people to the server in general but it won't necessarily be fresh blood in your warzone matches since they may not be PVP-minded players.
