Does anyone else have this issue?

 

Many people. Google says there's 7,000+ threads on the topic. I'm sure many of them are on other topics but it's been well discussed around here.

 

It's been more than 3 days for you so best bet would be to open up a ticket and raise the issue there. Please be sure to be polite and give specifics when you do. The time I had the issue, I had a response back in 30 minutes as first level support can resolve the issue. If you whine and complain, they'll just ignore you.

 

Some folks are reporting that when they raise the issue, they're being told that they already received their coins although it's not being reflected on the coin journal.

I believe you need to call to have it granted to your account.

 

Submitting a ticket works fine. Again, first level support can resolve this issue if you don;t tick them off or cause them to do more work.

 

I did notice though earlier when I tried to submit a spam report, I got the error as well. Try again tomorrow. They probably have tickets blocked because of the patch. Seems to happen quite often on patch day.
