I'm sure many of them are on other topics but it's been well discussed around here. It's been more than 3 days for you so best bet would be to open up a ticket and raise the issue there. Please be sure to be polite and give specifics when you do. The time I had the issue, I had a response back in 30 minutes as first level support can resolve the issue. If you whine and complain, they'll just ignore you. Some folks are reporting that when they raise the issue, they're being told that they already received their coins although it's not being reflected on the coin journal. Again, first level support can resolve this issue if you don;t tick them off or cause them to do more work. I did notice though earlier when I tried to submit a spam report, I got the error as well.
