KamiShino Posted March 10, 2016 Share Posted March 10, 2016 It's been 4 months since I submitted a bug report where my character is unable to use chat after purchasing and using a Character Rename item. Updates have come and gone, customer service keeps saying it's not their problem, and I get automated responses about it being a known issue that will be fixed. I really just want to be able to use the goddamn chat. I can't emote, can't communicate in anything other than emotes, and if it was a known issue that hurts the game that much and can't be fixed by resetting a mission like the Aric bugs...why hasn't it been fixed in this long, if not longer?
