TasteDaFate Posted March 9, 2016 Share Posted March 9, 2016 the game goes to a black screen after launch. then disappeared . i wave over the open program icon at the bottom of the screen and a slit in the middle of the small preview window appears. i click on the icon and nothing appears. I have relaunched several times and same thing happens. i have also restarted the computer and nothing changed. i need help I have only just started the game and payed money for subscriber access. AiZuKeRa Posted March 9, 2016 Share Posted March 9, 2016 when I got black-screen at launch, i do "ctrl+alt+sup" then "task manager", I DO NOT CLOSE SW, instead I just close the task manager, then return to SW and got the loading screen.
