Attack of the NPC Clones?

I've been noticing a lot of strange clone activity among the non-interactive NPC's lately. I'm not sure which update this may have happened with. First time I noticed it was on a mission on Voss, Republic side. All the female NPC's were the exact same skin/face/hair. The men as well. Then I was on another character and I noticed the same three NPC models used over and over on Dragga the Hutt's pleasure barge. Again, more of the same in a later Nar Shaddaa area. Again, on Alderaan in the Organa palace. The same male Twi'lek model, same two male humans, and same female human models. It's amusing, but strange to see so many clones out and about.
