Tarmiel Posted February 25, 2016 Share Posted February 25, 2016 (edited) The patch notes say that "It is no longer possible to get into a state where you are unable to complete Chapter X." This chapter will not complete for me. I've sent in a bug report, I've tried contacting customer service and just get the bot response.
