It's not the mount that's broken, it seems to be an issue with various locations not playing ambient sounds such as music. It's been reported numerous times, but never acknowledged by the devs. There is also no music playing on the fleet from the band in the VIP lounge, and the fleet happens to be one of the places the music from the Skiff doesn't work either. 99.9999999% these two things are related. It does work some places, I know for a fact Tatooine is one of them. Reinforcing my belief that this is a larger issue with ambient certain music not working in certain locations.
