End of Chapter 10 on Sniper in loop (spoilers)

My sniper is at the end of Chapter 10, where you talk to Lana and find out about the attacks by Arcann. The dialog finishes, the "continued in next chapter" displays, I leave the war room, have 3 emails related to the chapter 10 content, and I have in my mission log "Go to war room in odessan."

 

So I return to the war room, No quest triangles display. I wander around, and can't find why I had to return. I leave Odessan, return, and click the purple "start" and choose Dr. Lokin. I return to the war room, and still no quest promt triangle. I log off. I log back in, same deal.

 

I click on Lana in the war room, and go through the same dialog about the planet attacks, see the same "continued in next chapter," get the same 3 emails related to chapter 10 content, and I still have in my mission log, "Go to war room in odessan."

 

I replicated a third time. This toon is in a loop repeating that last war room conversation for chapter 10.

 

Very frustrating.
