If you have completed Chapter IX of KOTFE on a character and you aren't on Odessen, you will get an alert in your alliance window to start HK's retrieval mission. ONLY CHARACTERS THAT HAVE COMPLETED CHAPTER IX OF KOTFE WILL HAVE ACCESS TO HK-55. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
