ParshallMope Posted February 18, 2016 Share Posted February 18, 2016 Hello, I just wanted to report the bug I personally experienced where I unlocked the Swamp Rancor mount on my main character, paid the 400 cartel coins to unlock it for my legacy and after doing so it got removed from my collection and is unable to be retrieved on any character. The strange part is that is has the icon and says I can retrieve it on my characters but it is greyed out and says I never collected the mount. Basically I'm out 400 cartel coins and had the mount removed from my collection for some reason. I also cannot submit a ticket for this because every time I try I get an error saying there was a problem submitting the ticket. Any assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
