EVERY time I try to enter the phase to go meet the defector, it tells me I need to have Kira with me. The problem is I do have her out. It's refusing to acknowledge that I have her with me when I enter the phase. I'll have her summoned and when I enter the phase, she disappears for a second and it says I need to have her with me to enter. I've even submitted and in game ticket, but it seems the customer service help request box is bugged and is refusing to move past "updating..." to show my ticket for me. Bio/EA, I love this game very much and this is the first real bug I've had with the game in my past... three or so years playing. Yes, I have tried resetting the mission. Yes, I have tried logging off and back in. Yes, I have tried resetting the phase. Yes, I have tried exiting the game and relaunching it.
