War Supplies post patch 4.1

I did some searching however I couldn't find a reason for why War Supplies currently do not use level 4 attachments with level 5 attachments when crafting them.

 

Here is what I found on all my crafters that can make War Supplies, this affects ArmsTech, CyberTech, ArmorMech, Biochem, SynthWeaving, and Artifice.

 

Here is how they are current paired:

 

Level 2 attachments & Level 3 attachments

Level 5 attachments & Level 6 attachments (shouldn't this be level 4?)

Level 6 attachments & Level 7 attachments

Level 8 attachments & Level 8 attachments
