Similar to the 4.0 companions without pants bug, but it just affected Tanno Vik. And this time he kept his pants on, but the rest of his armor was in my Inventory, not on Vik. Since I had his armor (original Vik armor on one Trooper; Cartel Market shells on my other Trooper's Vik) waiting in my Inventory I just put the outfits back on him. There's no ongoing problem (that I know of) other than not being able to un-see a partially dressed Vik. Just posting this in case it provides a clue for Devs delving into other issues.
