MasterSpatula Posted February 10, 2016 Share Posted February 10, 2016 I got into game today with the telltale green question mark at the top of my toolbar telling me that there had been a response to one of my open tickets. I'm sure it's just an acknowledgment of a bug report I filed last night, but I was praying it was a response to my two 2.5-week-old tickets, one of which is about a character with a broken class mission. Unfortunately, there's no way to tell, because when I load the Customer Service Help Request screen, I just see the word "Updating" where the tickets would normally be.
