ArcturusSaDiablo Posted January 30, 2016 Share Posted January 30, 2016 I have completed level 20 with all the factions for the Alliance Commander achievement. My contacts window shows all 4 at level 20, and I have received the token items to purchase the unique vehicles for each group. However, only 2 of them have shown the level 20 achievement, and thus the Alliance Commander achievement doesn't show either.
