If you mean credits, the credit cap is there as a sub incentive, but you can get just about any non GTN item you need for 350k (preferred cap) of less. If you mean CC, what would being a non sub have to do with that? Careful: there's a bunch of things that cost more credits if you're not a subscriber. The one that sticks in my head is speeders. Credit-bought speeders cost 25% more for non-subs, so they can't buy the Light V speeder without an escrow unlock (300K for subs ==> 375K for non-subs). The other one that used to stick in my head was speeder permits. Before 3.0, they cost 35000 for nonsubs, 280 or so for subs, but of course now they are free for everyone.
