GabeLander Posted January 16, 2016 Share Posted January 16, 2016 I have bought the treek contact close to about a month ago, and when i went to use it, it gave me a error code and vanished, i submitted a ticket the same day and have still yet to get a response, is there anything i can do to fix it or do i still need to wait on the seemingly never coming "customer support" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You could try going into collections, then Special, and the contract should be in there. If you do it on the toon you bought the contract with it should go into your inventory for free Edit: I understand your frustration wis Cs but look at the bright side: Your Ticket wasn't closed, they just didn't get to it yet.
