I got no credit for fighting Arcann, can't access Asylum and with HK-55 dead, I can't launch KOTFE because I'm missing a necessary companion. Also, there is no way to reset the fight and go back to the beginning of ch8. Stuff like this is why there should be a way to access customer support in-game, but of course, only a customer-unfriendly business like we have would refuse to initiate such a process.
