Now wouldnt it be awsome to have a weight lifting one to go with it? Am thinking maybe a dumbbell lift in each hand or even a bench press excerise. It kind of fits with all body types as well: type 1 wanting to get pumped. type 2 wanting to get fit and lean. type 3 .....well speaks for itself dosent it? type 4 Doing what Baras refused to do Thoughts?
